Via @HRMusic and HamptonRoads.com comes word of the 2nd Annual Sea Level Singer/Songwriter Festival this weekend in Norfolk. The event is being staged by the Tidewater Arts Outreach and starts tomorrow, April 9 and runs 4 days through this weekend. Street buskers will be hitting the sidewalks around Ghent starting tomorrow, and there will also be a concert at the Naro with local fave Jesse Chong and national artist Jonatha Brooke Thurdsay night as well. On Saturday there will be an Emerging Artist Showcase at the Belmont.
